Involved in the full life-cycle up gradation of HRMS 8.8 to HCM 9.0, Fit-Gap Analysis and Retrofitting for fixing the existing customizations in the newer version of PeopleSoft.

Modified several baseline SQRs and Application Engine processes to mass create and maintain ePerformance Appraisal Documents.
