Founded company and lead all business development efforts to become a leading, multimillion dollar, full-service vending service provider. BCV was successfully acquired by Compass Group, the nation's largest automated merchandising company.
Created the company's vision, business strategy, supply chain management, team building, employee and customer engagement.
Built a dedicated, action-oriented team of employees by instilling a culture of open dialogue and empowerment. This collaborative culture fostered confidence internally and with clients resulting in sustained business continuity for 7 years and year over year growth of over 100%.
Led the company’s adoption of LightSpeed Automation Warehouse System, a pre-kitting and inventory management system designed to optimize employee productivity and accountability which resulted in a 35% savings in labor costs while increasing customer satisfaction.
Implemented a robust Vending Management System, Vendsys, allowing 24/7 remote monitoring and cash and inventory reconciliation of all assets.
