Increased branch deposit position from $8.5 Million USD to 17 Million USD in 2013.

Increased branch credit creation portfolio from $6.5 Million USD to $9 Million USD in 2013.

Proposed, developed, managed, and implemented a client based specific product on the system in collaboration with IT department using data and customer preferences drawn from minutes of meeting while signing on the customer. This initiative increased the branch’s deposit by additional $3 Million USD in year 2012 & 2013.

Motivated team during regular meeting sessions staff within the branch in order to achieve branch set targets.

Managed the team that doubled the branch’s balance sheet position from $14 Million USD to $28 Million USD in 2013.
