USA Diving is a 501(c) (3) non-profit and is the sole official national governing body for the sport of diving in the United States responsible for enabling USA athletes to achieve sustained competitive excellence in Olympic competition and for promoting and developing participation and public interest. Recruited and hired by a unanimous vote of the USA Diving Board of Directors to lead the organization with a focus immediately on United States Olympic & Paralympics Committee’s sanction demands, implement relocation of the offices, and a return to financial discipline and stability.

Developed a strategy for 2020 financial stability with profitable 2020 budget, secured a $300,000 loan and a $500,000 balance sheet donation.

Turned company Rally/Solo and Club Racing Departments from combined loss of $450K to $900K profit in four years. Managed 15 personnel. Recommended plan that resulted in implementation of youth marketing program, a new inexpensive race car, and a new type of racing events.

Increased profitability of company’s largest event, the Valvoline Runoffs, 300% and entries 25%; tripled spectators in first three years, and contracted for the races to be televised for the first time.
