Worked as a design engineer for the tools and dies manufacturing company of automobile outer parts like front and rear doors, spoiler etc. using solidworks
Designed various tools to perform different kind of operations such as piercing, folding, boring, bending etc. in solidworks and assist the production department so that the manufacturing is performed according to the design requirement.
Create bill of materials for the part and assembly drawing and give a detailed report on the material selection and raw material requirement.
Designed all the 23 set of tools and dies involved in the manufacture of front and rear sash doors for Mahindra SUV using solidworks

PROJECTS
Design of a V twin engine assembly used in motorbikes” at lamar university
The main objective of the project was to design and manufacture a V twin engine assembly used in motorbikes for ease of manufacture and low manufacturing cost. The Parts that were improved for DFM analysis are the engine block and connecting rod. The parts that were designed for DFA are piston, piston rings, cylinder, cylinder head and valves.
Design and analysis of a Go kart chassis” at Lamar University
The main objective was to design a go kart which is safe and functional which is build on a rigid and torsion free chassis using the solidworks and meeting the requirements of the rules for the international championship tournaments and test its rigidity using the analysis software for the safety and feasibility of the design.
Ergonomic waste disposal” at Lamar university
This project introduced an idea to incorporate pneumatic lifting bag inside trash can and compare the physiological stress in lifting with and without pneumatic cushion. It solved the problem encountered due to bending and lifting postural action.
Magnesium alloy reinforced Biocomposite” at Saveetha Engineering College
Manufactured a biocomposite from natural sisal fibre reinforced with magnesium alloy by a hand layup process which has applications in packaging industry, transportation industry etc. and its eco-friendly.
