Project Title: “Conceptual design and Finite element analysis of a service module with arrangement of four propellant tanks”

MS Thesis Project Duration: 2018-Present

Adviser: Mario Rosario Chiarelli, Ph.D.

Description: The design of the LMP-103S mono propellant tanks and service module is done based on the technical specification obtained from XMM Newton spacecraft. The original XMM-Newton propellant tanks are replaced by diaphragm tank instead of an internal device. Project Title: “Conceptual design and finite element analysis of cryogenic propellant tank with support structures for a Mar’s ascent vehicle”

MS Project Duration: 2017-2018

Description: To design the liquid methane tank for mars ascent vehicles based on the technical specifications from manned mission to mars project. The tanks geometric parameters are calculated from the given propellant mass and internal pressure of the tank. The 2D/3D model is created using Catia V5. Using Ansys, static structural analysis is performed with internal pressure, external pressure and acceleration conditions. The modal and eigen value buckling analysis is performed in a prestressed condition linked with static structural analysis.

Project Title: Conceptual Deep space mission-Enceladus Exploration (Space systems project) MS Project Duration: 2016-2017

Description: Objectives of the mission is, Assessing the Enceladus biological potential and studying the Enceladus environment and studying the Enceladus interactions with the Saturn system and studying the Enceladus surface processes.

Project Title: “Conceptual Design and Finite element analysis (FEA) of Gas Turbine Blade”. BE project Duration: 2013-2014

Description: To design, and stress analyze a turbine blade of a jet engine. The wok includes designing of the turbine blade with two different materials Inconel 718 and Titanium T-6 and investigated the effect of temperature and induced stresses on the turbine blade. PAPERS PUBLISHED:

Title: Design and Analysis of Gas Turbine Blade in IJIRSET, volume 3, issue 6, June 2014. ACHIVEMENTS:

Two times “Lawn tennis” State level participation from School Games Federation of India. (2006 and 2007).
