Everest project – Cisco Order and finance moved from Oracle 10.5 to Oracle 11.5.8 in 2003 - 2005.

Enabling local manufacturing for Component Manufacturing.

Driving end to end enablement of local manufacturing for cisco in Oracle Cloud. It involves Product data hub (PDH), Product life cycle management (PLM), Fab connect (Product from Trinamix on component manufacturing on Oracle cloud PaaS layer), floor management using Run Card and WMS. I am leading organization setups, BOM setups, end to end costing, sourcing and negotiation, demand planning, supply planning, inventory visibility, supply demand balancing, enablement of consignment model, buy sell model, end to end finance setups, hub strategy, work order creation, purchase order creation, yield calculation, tax strategy for local manufacturing, fulfillment and logistics setups. Working with IT to enable this functionality using Oracle Erp to enable manufacturing and shipment process, Kinaxis,( S/D Balancing) Oracle ASCP setups to create work orders and purchase orders based on the collection and plan orders, BOM and change order creation using Agile, Sourcing using SAP and costing in oracle.

Alternate Circuit and Supply chain Resiliency

Enabling end to end solution for product for alternate source for Top Assembly to enable resiliency. Solution requires end to end changes in from BOM, Scheduling Fulfillment, Cost rollup, sourcing, finance, COGs, Forecast process and Cost Negotiation process. Driving end to end Integrated Material Strategy which is core functionality of any supply chain org. It is a really good experience to design and transform end to end data and process architecture for supply chain core functionality.
