Nature of work

Testing and commissioning of all types of switch gear equipments such as Current Transformer, Voltage Transformers,Circuit Breaker, Isolator, Earth Switch and Lighting arresters, Transformer, Unit Transformer, Capacitor banks, Ring Main Unit (RMU), Bus Earthing Truck (BET)

Skilled in all types of scheme checking such as switchgear functional schemes, Bus synchronizing operation, capacitor bank stage controls and interlocks and other control circuit schemes with various systems

Inspection and commissioning of control and relay panel, preparation of Test Report for all equipments in Switch gear sub-station.

Testing and Commissioning of control & relay Panel for Transformers, Bus Coupler and Line feeder.

Testing of CT, PT, Circuit breaker, Isolator, switch gear and Power Transformer.

a)SH7 : 33KV CT,VT Testing, GIS,CRP Panel scheme checking, CT,VT secondary injection, 120 MVA Transfomer stability test & commissioned successfully.

b)SH9 : 220 KV CT,VT Testing, LCC & protection panel scheme checking, CT,VT secondary injection, reactor stability test, co-ordinating with SCADA & check signals & commissioned successfully.

c)SH1 : Adding 4 numbers of 60 MVA Trafo tested and commissioning process going on & isolator modification done and tested & commissioned.

d)SH2 : Isolator modifaction done tested and commissioned successfully.

e)SH6 : R96A,R96B 450 MVA series reactors commissioned successfully. R96C & D testing going on.
