Provide the highest level of customer service to all passengers. Answering any and all passenger questions and inquiries with the highest degree of respect and understanding.

Ensuring the notion of “safety no excuses” is followed at all time.

Make all necessary announcements, ensuring all passengers are informed and updated at all times with trip information (I.e. departure times, upcoming stop, direction being travelled etc). These include next stop announcements, welcome onboard announcements, promotional announcements etc.

Make sure train doors are being opened and closed in a safe and timely manor, ensuring train schedule and departure times are being followed.

Throughout the summer I was a Camp Counselor, overseeing a group of 10-12 children ranging in age from 4-12.

During the last week of the Summer I took on a Supervisory roll where managing five counselors.

Supervisor duties included program planning, communicating directly with parents as well as ensuring staff members took proper breaks and rotated through activities in a timely manner.

Throughout the winter months, I took on the program instructor/assistant rolls where I led three different youth basketball clinics as well as assisted in running a toddler program.
