Other than that, responsible in administrative tasks such as handling incoming emails, answering calls, maintained proper documentation and filing management of records. Responsible for greeting and assisting customer that recce the rental space provided and liaising with customer. Jobscope:

Organized meetings and prepared minutes of meeting, handle incoming emails, answering calls, maintained proper documentation and filing management of records, liaison with internal and external contacts, ordering name cards for agents.
