Design

• Discuss initial concept requirements from the clients and ensure all applicable information is captured to propose a complete project design from ideation to completion

• Manage technical queries during engineering and coordinate responses to manage a technical bid evaluation process

• Complete proposal package including detailed project scope of work, estimate, schedule and other supporting documentation as required for successful kickoff of the project

• Design machines, equipment or systems taking into account cost, availability of materials, strength and maintenance requirement calculations, appearance and impact on the user and on the environment

• Develop, coordinate and monitor mechanical aspects of production or prototype procurement, including selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication and operation of product designs

Design modeling and Detailing of Butterfly Valve Used in Mining

● Product development of Butterfly Valve right from concept design, materials procurement, product development to testing of the product by considering all design aspects & calculations, which includes reading & understanding the functionality of the product, weight & cost calculations, assembly sequencing etc.

● On site Assembly and performance was carried out at the customer's place to ensure customer expectations & satisfactions

Automation System for an Indexing Head

● Development of a Gear System which indexes with an accuracy level of 0.15 Deg. The Process involved optimizing design and its material selection and material procurement for gears, shafts and flanges Design modeling and detailing of Radar Housing
