Professional Summary

I am a family focused, experienced leader seeking a position that will continue to allow me to help mentor, develop, and build successful people and teams, while positively influencing world class organizational culture. After beginning my career as an equipment technician, I learned and delivered results quickly in each and every role of increasing responsibility leading to sixteen years of engineering experience in a high paced, cutting edge technology semiconductor company. I have five years of technician experience, six years as an equipment engineer, and almost five years of managerial and leadership experience in organizations ranging from eight to eighty team members. This experience covers many disciplines and has given me a greater understanding of how to effectively manage a group of diverse job functions and responsibilities. My leadership style is results oriented, open, honest and direct, as well as collaborative when it comes to managing performance and helping coach team members and peers to grow. I am inspired by John Wooden's Pyramid of Success and Simon Sinek's Golden Circle philosophy and have applied them in my leadership and personal interactions. I have been involved in multiple large organizational structure modifications, both as a designer as well as a contributor, intended to streamline operational efficiency. I also played a major role in our change management and deployment process (about 1500 people and 9 organizations affected). In various leadership roles, I was responsible for all staffing decisions, team member and leader development plans and corrective actions, area strategy development, sustaining and executing those strategies, peer alignment activity, business process development and deployment, new hire on-boarding and specific training goals and system enhancements, change management and new system deployment integration, operational and quality metric definition, alignment, and enhancement. I assisted in both process and equipment FMEA development, responded to customer and internal audits, all in preparation for ISO TS 16949 site qualification/certification. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to positively influence people and contribute to company growth and transformation, and am excited to apply this experience to a new endeavor.
