CAREER OBJECTIVE:
•Seeking a position as Housekeeping Supervisor in an organization where I can utilize my experience and training knowledge, in additional to my hospitality dynamic skill to provide the customer of the highest-level service to guest.

Duties and Responsibilities: Housekeeping supervisor
Conduct briefing on time and ensure key procedures are maintained.
Allot extra work to floor and public area attendants.
Coordinate closely with front office for arrival rooms, late departures, and VIP guest.
Guest complaints & comments to be discuss in the briefing & follow up to be done.
Release rooms as per priority to ensure that guests are not kept waiting for rooms.
Ensure that rooms are made defect free and released as per the standards.
Monitors quality of rooms by conducting and documenting inspections of cleaned rooms
Listen to employee grievances and bring them to the attention of the EHK.
Given feedback of the of the performance of the staff to the AHK.
Ensure that Occupancy is physically checked and counter check the discrepancy.
Meet guests on the floor to check and ensure on their comfort and special requirements.
Report guest feedback and complaints to the EHK.
Report and Follow-up on maintenance jobs and job orders in guest rooms and counter checks the quality of completion.
Ensure that staff Follows the procedures and standards in work and conducts training for compliance.
Coordinate with the desk frequently for the status of rooms and informs the room attendants regarding the checkout rooms.
Ensure that staff follows procedures of lost and found and handling lost and found items.
Ensure the service standard regarding cleanliness, amenities, and maintenance in rooms and maintain the public area.
Check properly attendant checklist at the end of the shift to ensure all rooms are covered and check rooms like DND, SR, and SL etc.
Ensure that all guest laundry is delivery and pick up on time as per the standard.
Handling of difficult situation in housekeeping.
Making report like attendance sheet, Extra work schedule sheets, housekeeping log book, key register, missing items register, lost and found etc.
Taking inventory of minibar, Housekeeping equipment’s SOE and LOE items.
Handling monthly and weekly activates repots submitting to AHK/EHK.
Maintaining of public area & floors, carpets, floorings and upholstery, furniture etc.
Train new hires in housekeeping SOP.
