Description
Standard Technology Application for Rewards (STAR) is the System of Record for International Membership rewards program at American Express. Application is based on Loyalty Solutions Platform (LSP) product from Epsilon Inc, customized for American Express. Loyalty customers who have enrolled for selected MR program can transfer their MR points to different partners. Currently point transfers across the partners are managed by either JAVA based Local MR system. The point of arrival system is Informatica. The objective of this project is to migrate all legacy MR point transfer partners to Informatica based B2B Adaptor Environment from its current platform. Apart from migration, different performance improvement initiatives & Business triggered Change Requests are also executed on an ongoing basis for this B2B Adaptor Application.
