GFS -Global Fulfillment Solution

GFS is an application used to verify whether a customer is eligible to get the loan. If he is eligible, the loan will be sanctioned and the whole credit verification process will be carried over in GFS. The customer information and the products requested by the customer and its information are grouped in a Package. For those products, ILOG rule engine is used for generating tasks, enabling and completing those tasks. For Automated process, implementation is done in ILOG. This reduces the processing time and manual intervention.

GMS-Global Monitoring Solution

GMS system is used for setting up of Booked Overdraft and Daylight Overdraft Limits and utilizing those limits. LOG rule engine is being used for checking the business policies which has to decide whether a incoming transaction to the bank can be paid or not. This reduces the processing time and manual intervention. For automated process, implementation is done in ILOG. There are certain Auto decisioning pieces for which we are creating the Term Catalog, Bom structure and the business policies and they are in progress.

This project was done for a large Health care customer. It involved the development of a Business Rules Management System (BRMS) for Heathway’s. This system will enable Heathway’s to stream line their processes and achieve a customer driven focus by enabling the customers to directly interact with Heathway’s through the Member Web Portal without going through Coach/Clinician thus accurately targeting the customers and ensuring timely delivery of messages and better health outcomes for their customers. Fair Isaac’s Blaze Advisor was the product chosen for implementation of the BRMS.

Involved in many phases of the project right from rules discovery and analysis, rules design and development, rules deployment, Project Management, Technical delivery and testing. The rules harvesting phase which consisted of rules discovery and analysis involved breaking business rules in to technical rules which could then be written in Blaze IDE. This involved creating of business object model by analyzing the business rules. All the identified rules were analyzed and logically grouped together in a rule set. I was involved in the identification, analysis, build of the configuration rules and the RMA’s for these rules. I performed unit testing and integration testing of the developed code and was also responsible for smooth and bug free deployment of the same.

Purchase – Order framework

This framework was created using Lombardi. HPE is one of the big players in the heavy electrical industry. The company has a deep product line and caters to the electrical and power electronics industry. The organization has taken a drive to streamline and optimize its operations at all levels. One of the main focus areas for the company is purchase and procurements. The requirement of this endeavor would be to build a PO system which would be exposed as a service to all the departments. The PO process can be accessed by all the departments. The users just need to send a message (purchase requisition) to PD. Based on the information received in the message the department will raise the necessary PO. This framework has also won a project.
