Assist in preparing financial statements like Cash/Bank trial, Cash Flow & Funds Flow statements and Final Accounts.

Performs a variety of accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles “GAAP” and standards, and ensures proper control of the concerned BUs/JVs’ financial resources and full compliance with all relevant regulations and reporting requirements

Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.

Perform necessary activities / tasks within the Accounts Payable/Receivable department to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Performs accounts reconciliations to ensure that all general ledgers are accurate and complete

Review and verify disbursements and ensure accuracy of their recording in the books of accounts other finance and accounting related projects as assigned.

Prepare and summarize all the transaction reports and financial status which includes a balance sheet, profit

& loss statement.

Responsible for issuing export letters of credit “LC” and issuing all type of bank guarantees “LG” & aware of SAMA regulations.

Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Prepare periodically VAT filling documents and coordinate the same with service provider before submission.

Responsibility for monthly spend analysis reports for Production, Operation, Engineering and technical managers .
