Roles & Responsibilities:

Overall Build Management and Resources Deployment

Primary Contact Window for customer to lead the NPI Team to achieve customer requirements. Communicate to customer engineering team on all engineering related issues. Share all the information from customer to various departments and vice versa.

Design production aids such as Station Instruction cards, Work Instruction (WI).

Roles & Responsibilities:

To provide acceptable recommendations and solutions to customer inquiry that would yield to high machine availability and lower operating cost.

Check hydraulic excavator for proper performance and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions.

Provide failure analysis on machine component to determine root cause of failure.

Knowledge in Hydraulic components, Hoses, fittings and valves.

Theoretical study in basic function, operation, trouble shooting, periodical and preventive maintenance and overhauling procedures, of earth moving machinery.
