• Heating Chamber Project - Instead of using Diesel 40k/ day, wood will be cheaper as It saved daily 26k
• Sheet Lifting machine Project ( it saved manpower cost and timing Daily saved up to 5k )
• Template oil usage – earlier we were using Diesel it costs RS 50/litre instead of that we used LDO oil of RS 30/litre and we could reuse the same oil.
• Inventory control – in 2007 total inventory value of RS 6.2 Cr which includes 2,800 line items and IN 2015 total inventory 1.8 CR which includes 1,700 line items. (Identifying the non moving stock and transferring to other units)
• Dripping Irrigation in Stock yard – Its saved water Usage which saved 5,000 litres /day
• Stretch film usage – Its reduced Cooling time of Sheets at storage plant
• Solved problems with UNION Members – Its helped to running smoothly without any disturbance for production
• Up gradation of ERP system – Worked in IT supporting team for helping them in Purchase and stores dept up gradation.
