Director of Development, NAMA Foundation
The Director of Development position is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the NAMA Foundation. Including the development and execution of the strategic plan, ongoing sustainability of a robust and diverse fundraising effort as well as the organizational management and administration of scholarship and funding programs. Accomplishments include:
Using moves management, designed and implemented a new Strategic Partner program raising $1.3 million in 2017, $500,000 in 2018 and $250,000 in 2019.
Collaborated with Business Development in the procurement of multi-year major gift commitments. Largest commitments included one at $1 million and one at $750,000 from key donors.
Lead project manager in the development of two research publications vital to industry members.
Launched an internal campaign for a new named scholarship receiving 100% participation from staff.
Assisted in the development and execution of an Annual Sponsorship Program for key members.
Provided leadership to the NAMA Foundation Board of Trustees and committees. Led preparations for and played an active leadership role in board meetings.
Maintained and executed the Foundation’s strategic and operational plans.
Created and executed the development of the Foundation’s annual report.

Development Manager
In collaboration with the Development Committee, the Development manager position develops, implements evaluate and refines fundraising and stewardship strategies to successfully support the mission of the foundation. Achievements include increase in annual individual giving of 15% over two years, an increase of special event attendance and revenue of over 55%, and an annual increase of corporate partnerships and contributions.
Implemented new CRM with an annual cost savings of $10K, plus numerous hours of staff resources.
Designed and implemented new business plans for special events and campaigns.
Manage Development Committee and three development workgroups relations.
Developed a new chapter or state fundraising campaign in collaboration with the national association.
