Toronto, ON

Project manager working with TPA (PortsToronto) acting as client representative for the Toronto Ports Authority on various projects throughout the entire project lifecycle. PortsToronto owns Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport, The Outer Harbor, Marine Terminals and various other sites. My work involved construction projects of various types including aviation and marine project management, infrastructure projects, technical and equipment projects in addition to all required risk analysis, capex and procurement procedures. The work requires intensive skills and knowledge of federal and municipal regulations and standards, in addition but not limited to preparing Scope of Works documents, Board of Directors project justification memorandums, RFP, RFT documents preparation, writing & review CSC divisions of the contract, invitation to Bidders, all tendering process procedures, proposal analysis, and following contract procedures, bonds and insurance, WSIB requirement, design review including conceptual design, design development and tender preparation documents. contract administration, project controls, commissioning and closing procedure.
