• Designed and successfully implemented a Student Support Protocol during the COVID 19 pandemic, creating a "case manager system" whereby all available non-instructional staff was assigned a student caseload and conducted weekly/sometimes daily wellness checks; assisted with academic issues; addressed internet access issues; and connected families to community resources and operated as student advocates with teachers.
