Responsibility of managing production schedules as per the site requirements and follow up sales department program on time to save operation time and to produce quality of concrete & to ensure delivery on time. Satisfy the customer by giving them best fleet of services. Coordinating with site engineers and consultants to maintain workability & Temperature of concrete as per their requirement in approved mixes Maintaining material inventories as per the production requirement monitoring on incoming material with the help of material received reports from the weigh bridge operator to control malpractice in incoming material. Supplying concrete class from Cylinder C17 to C50 to various projects including Bin laden, Visiting the sites daily to improves relationship between the clients and consultants to avoid any failure in concrete and solving necessary problems with QA/QC manager, Aware of all kind of Batching Plant Software and concrete admixtures performance. Keep Eye on production program 24/7 for smoothly quality production delivery on time. Review daily Field Inspection Report and do the necessary action, making coordination with dispatch section time to time on delivery of concrete as per daily program.
