Job description: My responsibility on rig

Following up of corrective& preventive maintenance through MH and VR-2000 program.

(Operating, preventive maintenance requisitions, troubleshooting &overhauling).

I performed many overhauls for Tesco (HS500) & (HMIS250), Varco (TDS 3, 11) and Maritime (PTD500HR) top drives hydraulic, CAT engine (3412), mud pumps and centrifugal pumps.

Familiar with all hydraulic charts. Decreased down time ranges on Rig site.

• Aug.2005 to Mar.2006: Special Driller Trainee (SDT)

Full understanding of the rig safety procedures and HSE considerations.

Responsible for operating assigned drilling rig and adhering to company policies and safety procedures specified for each operation.

Pre-planning the equipment, materials and proper sequence of constricting the well.

Directing the installation of the BOP on the wellhead and coordinating pressure testing of the BOP stack and the choke manifold.
