Talent Acquistion :

Ensure and plan the Human resource requirements are based on specifications provided by department heads, to meet its strategic objectives.

Supervision on Talent acquisition activities of Trainee to Solution Architect Grades through various modes. (Employee Referral Scheme, campus-hire, job portals, walk ins etc).

Initial screening of resumes and short listing candidates at HR level & further coordination with respective department heads.

Check references/past record of selected candidates before joining.

Tracking of Selected candidates and keeping in touch through courtesy call from selection date to joining date.

Formulation of HR Policies:

Design, Develop, review and monitor Human Resources Organizational policies are robustly communicated to staff and processes effectively implemented.
