Maintaining and troubleshooting the TRX website servers including development and production.
Working for the GDS Clients (Apollo, Amadeus. Galileo, Sabre, Abacus) by monitoring the monitoring tools like Correx dashboard, Zenoss, Pronet.
Troubleshooting: Clearing the Errors (ET Error, Run.exe, Gateway errors, Deciphering PNR, looping PNR Errors etc by logging into the appropriate servers).
Escalate to the appropriate groups to resolve the issues and set the situation under control when the status of the servers (like Amex, Sabre, Expedia, Travel port etc) are in critical condition.
