To manage end-to-end HR activities for 90 employees and handle payroll of the three companies.
Design and conduct new employees’ orientation.
Maintain all the employee files and records in electronic and paper forms.
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all the employees.
Manage employee grievances, provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation, and resolve any issue that may arise.
Conduct a review of all the employees’ performance on time (daily, weekly and monthly) for assessment.
Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand it and comply with them.
Conducting engagement activities every week for employee motivation.
Conducting exit interview for the employees leaving the organisation and maintain a record of it.
