● Duke University Health System- Durham-Raleigh, NC. 10/2017-10/2019

● Position (1): Ambulatory Oncology Infusion RN, CNII

● Duties: Administer chemotherapy and associated hematological therapies to adult oncology patients in an outpatient, ambulatory nursing clinical setting; supervise patients during chemotherapy and immunotherapy administration and treat patient side effects and reactions; document all tasks

● Position (2) : Inpatient Medical-Surgical Oncology RN, CNII

● Duties: Implement extensive, individualized treatment care plans to patients with oncology backgrounds that require post-surgical wound and drain care, chronic symptom management, central line management, as well as administer chemotherapeutic and/or immunotherapy. Other duties include telemetry monitoring, lab monitoring and following electrolyte replacement protocols, managing PleurX drains with prn Albumin replacements, as well as post- prostatectomy patients requiring CBI titrations and replacement hydration.
