Role: Specialist Technology

Description: SHRP (Shared Risk Platform): Is an integrated, end-to-end risk management environment that encompasses risk assessment, result capture, issue management, reporting and support of analytics. SHRP leverage industry standard technology and align across initiative that are working to enhance risk management capabilities of client. SHRP also provides key mechanism to address the Basel committee on banking supervision related to risk data aggregation and reporting (BCBS-239). This is to assess, aggregate and report on risk in a way that connects risk elements and simplifies the view of actionable risk info. Overall purpose of the SHRP project is to provide common capabilities that will be leveraged across solutions where as those capabilities are unique to each of the existing solutions in the current state. This will provide better use of certain capabilities and improve existing business process by aligning the current vertical solutions into a modular approach. In SHRP, EADU utility will be mainly focused on extracting data from Archer and ETL engine will be focused on reflecting those changes in the published datasets for downstream consumption by ORIS (Operational Risk Information System) and other applications. ETL engine is also meant to centralize data lineage showing the movement and transformation of data. As part of SHRP, existing systems will be migrated to Archer platform. 2. Project: CoRS (Counterparty Risk System) Jun’15 to Aug’17

Description: One of the major US Bank which is leading investment bank globally and does the trading with different customers on various platforms like Calypso, AFS, LoanIQ, Endur, Fenics, Flexcube etc. As an investment bank they wanted to develop in house product to calculate customer/counterparty risk with which they are doing business day to day. For this we need to centralize all the trade data, customer data, asset data and collateral data at one place which we build and loaded data received from different systems. Data quality rules are also implemented while loading the data in system.

Responsibilities:

Analyze the data send by source systems.

Gather and document scope definition, requirements, deliverables, acceptance criteria, roles and responsibilities, assumptions, constraints and dependencies

Migrated more than 42 SSRS dashboards to tableau.

Created Bar charts, Trend Lines and tableau reports as per the business requirements and created the own template by pulling the tables or views

Responsibilities:

Acted as Lead Consultant for the new business region; involved in analysis of business requirement, performing feasibility study, impact analysis, designing and developing ETL module for daily data load of a major retail client using SSIS, SQL stored procedures. CAMSS Database is separated to RoBT and BTOR as per the OFCOM regulation.
