Greetings walk-in customers in polite, prompt, helpful manner and provide any necessary information or instruction and deal with customer needs and inquiries.

Print out the daily cash revenue report for balance, send lab request and deleted job orders to the accounting department.

Provide secretarial support and support and prepare for meetings.

Ensure that housekeeping maintains a clean, orderly laboratory, administration, reception area including waiting areas and bathrooms. Maintain sufficient inventory of material supplies and equipment for performance of duties.

Obtaining referrals and pre-authorizations as required for procedures, check eligibility and benefit verification, review patient bills for accuracy and completeness and secure any missing information.

Follow up patient’s approvals and rejections with the insurance team and with the patients.

Supervises courier staff and dispatches calls related to logistics of sample pick-ups.
