OVERALL ACCOUNTABILITIES

As a Planning Engineer

Responsible to create, update and maintain data using Primavera P6 software for project planning, scheduling, monitoring and control.

Developing construction field installation work packages (FIWPs) schedule based on level 4 and integration with Engineering / Procurement work packages.

Perform activities such as budgeting, estimating, forecasting, accounting, work order management, in support of engineering projects.

Reviewing and forecasting contractor work front availability and conducting continuity of work analysis, Material & Resources Planning.

Responsible to support development of the monthly reports and to perform schedule assessments as requested.

Preparing manpower and equipment planning as per the requirement.

Preparing and analyzing project progress through S-curve (Commodity and Progress percentage).

Submitting actual progress to client through Progress narrative report and Photographic report (Daily, Weekly & Monthly).

Conducting regular schedule review meetings to understand logic and develop a true critical path for the project, appropriate use of activity codes to develop layouts at different levels for the project team.

Verified and compared AS-BUILT drawings with concerned check sheets and maintained records of latest revised drawings

Generated and maintained NCR’s in case of violations and monitoring corrective actions and maintaining the records

Updated PUNCH points in WINPCS

Followed up the mechanical completion certificates for each sub-system
