Positive Employee Relations: Manages site annual Positive Employee Relations (PER) survey. Upon survey completion generated and analyzed survey data to create PowerPoint Presentations to be utilized during manager and employee focus groups. Led completion of site employee and manager focus groups. Upon completion of the focus groups, analyzed feedback to develop action items with the goal to continually increase PER scores. The developed action items added to OD Baseline Rail, focus group feedback, and presentations created were presented to the HOS Steering Team. Tracked the completion of the OD Baseline Rail action items and worked with managers to ensure completion for continuous improvement.

Safety committee / team member. Works directly with manager of Health & Safety to ensure safety alignment with policies and procedures.

Site Payroll lead including time clock employee maintenance, reports (OSHA hours, ad-hoc, etc.), bi-weekly payroll processing, off cycle payments, analysis, and corrections.

Benefit Analyst – Defined Benefits

Pension Payroll – Responsible for the monthly processing of Pension Payroll. This included processing multiple jobs and reports, reconciliation, adjustments, corrections, maintaining documentation, and forwarding documentation to the client within specific deadlines. Also, processing the jobs to send payment instructions to the Trust to ensure pension payments will be processed.

Resolve client escalations.

Testing Mainframe systems (User Acceptance and Production) to ensure technology updates to our systems were correct. Including, but not limited to, processing manual calculations and comparing results to Calc Engine. Researching requirements by specific plan to ensure Calc Engine is following specifications to the plan properly and escalating to managers / legal when issues arise.

Processing monthly reconciliations for Purchased Annuities. Processing jobs to identify participants who were affected by these accounts and maintaining the data / eligibility as needed. Submitting documentation to Third Party Vendors and Client within monthly deadlines to ensure reimbursement would be processed.

Worked directly with client contacts, Customer Service Representatives / CS Management, Implementation Delivery Group, Management, India, and third-party vendors.

Created Standard Operating Procedures / Guides for outsourced work to India.

Created manual calculation spreadsheet templates for plans that did not have automated calculations within our Calc Engine environment.
