Throughout and after my degree, I worked in a number of architectural practices, on projects varying from private residential to large scale mixed-use international development areas. I am a self-motivated and resourceful individual. My strong work ethic and the ability to work within a group is something important to me. Gaunt Francis Architects is a creative commercial design studio that equates business acumen and technical excellence with design creativity. Inside GFA Architects mains collaborations were:
• The Lakes project By Yoo Studio, is focused on the coordination and delivery of modular timber-framed lakefront properties in an exclusive development. The role's duties are to ensure the purchasers' ideals and interior designers' proposals coordination and to match all the appropriate standards requirements.
• Audley retirement villages, the collaboration began since planning application until site works are completed, involving all Riba stages.
• The New Westgate Hotel in Cardiff, early-stage project involvement including preliminary solutions for the planning application, quantity surveyor and client coordination.
• Admiral offices, in Cardiff, interior refurbishment design.
