Responsible for obtaining, managing and renewing benefits, culminating in an accentuated reduction in the tax burden on operations in Rio de Janeiro, Mato Grosso do Sul, Pernambuco and Amazonas states.

Planning, attaining and implementing special tax procedures with State Treasury Secretariats.

Work with legal consultants in seeking opportunities for deploying tax planning.

Management of activities related to paralegal actions. Highlights:

**Obtaining and renewing state and federal tax benefits, which included actions involving corporate business reorganization and optimization of some tax operations, resulting in effective savings of BRL 55 million over 5 years.

Reporting to the CFO Team: 12 professionals

Coordination of the team responsible for executing tax activities and actions linked to billing and fiscal receiving throughout Brazil for businesses distributed over 5 operational sites.

Key user in a project to deploy SAP and its rollout for Latin America.

Management of tax projects dealing with online obligations (Fiscal SPED, Online CIAP, NF-e, EFD PIS/COFINS, FCI), as well as Mastersaf GF/DW tax-manager software.

Enabling tax benefits in Mato Grosso do Sul and Maranhão States and obtaining special tax procedures from treasury authorities.

Work with clients and suppliers to implement tax requirements oriented toward structuring and establishing new businesses and investments.
