Enterprise Services Desktop Technician II: Resopnsible for all Dekstop and Laptop builds, troubleshooting and repairs. Work hand-in hand with the Desktop Support team to provide OUS (Outstanding User Service). As part of theat service we use a ticketing system called ServiceNow to handle all server, inventory, and request needs. I have been assigned the duties of all the Corporate Inventory and ordering. I also am responsible for Work Instructions Documentation. I also work with the MDM team to get the phones and tablet deployed in a more timely manner.

Middle Tennessee Electric Membership Cooperative – Murfreesboro, TN 04/2013 – 12/2019

IT Support Technician: Responsible for all help desk calls and entering data into the ticketing system called Track-It. Was also responsible for setting up all user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and the NISC system. Maintained hardware and software inventory from the cradle to the grave. Managed iPad deployments using MDM software called MobileIron and was responsible for all ordering for desktops, laptops, ruggedized notebooks, iPads, and peripherals. I also used SCCM to managed Windows-based equipment. I was part of the team that transitioned the company to Office 365 and was responsible for setting up all the new email accounts and give access to the different Office 365 options. I configured and maintained the VMWare desktop side of the infrastructure, adding and removing entitlement to systems as required. I created and managed the images for all computer systems in the company. I also built, imaged, and installed all PC and Mac devices in the company. I was also over the Windows 10 upgrade of all systems in the company, which at the time of typing this, out of 478 systems, we only had 50 left to update. I also worked with the Networking team to troubleshoot network issues in our remote offices and have experience with Cisco Network Systems and was learning networking security protocol base on company guidelines.

System Integrations – Lebanon, TN 09/2007 - 04/2013

Level 1 Technician: Responsible for all warranty issues and warranty repair for SI and clients. I was lead for one of our largest clients, Rutherford County Schools, where I was responsible for all new PC rollouts, warranty for all PCs in the county, imaging for all new installs and HDD replacements and training for county techs on the troubleshooting of PC issues for systems that are going out of warranty. Also responsible for setting up network hardware for all clients, including schools and our smaller clients. I have experience with 3Com, Cisco, HP, and Enterasys network equipment. I was also responsible for troubleshooting all network issues at our clients. It was by my recommendation that SI entered into a partnership with Enterasys. I was also our small business Preventive Maintenance Technician. My duties were to troubleshoot and repair issues with client’s servers, PCs, and software and to install updates and upgrades to hardware and software as needed. I maintained the client's backup software and specialized software databases. It was also part of my duties to inform the client of needed hardware replacements and to coordinate new hardware or software implementation as to not interfere with the client's workflow or productivity. I was responsible for 8 of their 9 Outsource clients.
