Job Responsibilities

Production planning control, Shift operation control

Controlling the operation cost by reducing the consumables

Materials and metal accounting (FG/WIP/SFG) metal recovery control

TDT Copper Ltd is the largest stand-alone CCCR Plant in India with annual Capacity of 79,200MT. The plant is located at Bawal,Dist. Rewari, Haryana (NH-8,Delhi-Jaipur Highway) in the NCR region. TDT has ongoing technical support to produce user defined CCR by “SCR 2000” technology, which is acknowledged as the best technology in the world to manufacture Continuous Cast Copper Rods.

Job Responsibilities

•Quality inspection for incoming copper cathode, monitor the in-process copper cast bar quality, and assure the finished copper wire rod quality.

•Customer inspection & dispatch clearance activities for copper rods.

•Close working with manufacturing team to achieve business goals

•Customer coordination activities, handling customer complaints, steering the CAPA implementation to prevent repeat complaints of similar nature, wire break analysis.

•Lead the deployment of quality management systems, procedures, SOP's/WI's

•MIS preparation and organize the management review meetings

•Plan/ conduct and co-ordinate the internal quality audit.

•Team training & development for quality / systems related aspects, process and product development initiatives

•Responsible for timely calibration/AMC of all quality lab equipments
