Responsibilities included directing operations, logistics and personnel assignment across the project department in a fast-paced and dynamic international freight forwarding organization. Added a connected building to the main building for housing 6 additional service agents.

Dual Firewalled Networks (Novell & Windows) Wired for availability throughout all office space. Novell ran state-of-art Proprietary software for down/up loading PO’s, MR’s, Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, Bill of Lading, Air Waybills, Dock Receipts, Etc. In 1996, added Up-to-the-minute, 24-hour tracking available for client’s access and location of any and all materials, documentation etc. Though these features are commonplace today, these were instrumental for our clients and rarely available from competitors with any kind of reliability or accuracy.

Built Sales Force and Revenues Starting from the Ground-Up to a Successful Firm with Annual Growth Spanning last 11 of 14 Years.
