Responsible for establishing functional process and procedure on review of various project reports prepared by cost leads on budgets, costs & forecasts on compliance to standards, procedures and manuals.

Manage internal functional presentations to update the latest corporate requirements & expectations as well as prepare bench marks on cost and technical data for supporting internal evaluation during proposal/bidding stage for estimates on new bids.

Provide assistance to Project Team concerning cost management requirements on scope change identification, ensuring change is captured into latest forecasts and updated based on latest variations with suppliers as well as customer.

Structure standard process & methodology for Proposal/Bidding department in working out cash flow with several scenario.

Created cost estimates for POs & Sub Contracts as PMC role to support client in comparing suppliers & contractors bids for the purpose of award and regular project cost status reports for Clients from PMC perspective with emphasis on cost forecast and variance analysis.

Negotiated with suppliers and contractors for quotes received beyond acceptable range for ensuring closure of awards and engaged in Cost Data bank update & maintenance at Function level that is predominantly used for all kinds of cost estimation.

Responsible for supervision, coordination, certification of site related works for various oil & gas projects like cross-country Pipelines and oil Refineries.
