A pharmaceutical company based in Winnipeg focused on the development and commercialization of hospital IV injectibles and Rx cardiovascular therapeutics for the U.S. market. Net sales were $46 million, and during my tenure we grew our marketshare from 10% to 60% within 4 years.

Director of National Key Accounts, October 2017 – Dec 2018

Drive sales by establishing and maintaining highly effective business partnerships with distributors, group purchasing organizations (GPO’s), integrated delivery networks (IDN’s). I completed requests for proposals (RFP’s), contract renewals and amendments, and letters of commitment (LOC’s). I negotiated contract pricing and discounts based on forecasting models that would grow and maintain the business. My focus changed to include expanding our product catalog with generic and branded molecules while working closely with our manufacturing team.

Worked cross-functionally on a team to launch a new product within a 5-month timeline.

Lead new product commercialization and market preparation activities including sales strategies, oversights of commercial agreements, distributor relations and marketing efforts.

Negotiated a unique market share program that was considered the most successful GPO-wide program and grew sales from 35% to greater than 70% of the market within 5 quarters. This resulted in a 13% increase in quarterly sales from 2017 and throughout 2018.
