●Prepared the IFRS and USGAAP Intermediate Holding Company (IHC) Financial Statements of BNP Paribas’ US operations (~$150 bn in assets generating ~$1.2 bn in revenue), and Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K as per SEC requirements.

●Managed the consolidation scope and legal entity structure (~50 entities) of BNP Paribas USA.
