I was responsible for the placing/booking of media space, on various platforms (press, magazine, radio, TV, outdoor, digital). Ensuring that the correct artwork/creative gets delivered on time. Timeous and accurate loading and monthly billing of client spend (working on Navision – financial system)), Purchase order tracking and reporting – this entailed making sure the client’s purchase order was not overspent. Reconciling of digital supplier invoices to what actually went live in digital platforms. Building relationships with media planners, clients, finance and media owners/suppliers.
