Total System Services, Inc., commonly referred to as TSYS, provides payment processing services, merchant services, and related payment services.
Managed 150 employees and pioneered efforts to boost the business value of our largest client, Capital One in different technologies including infrastructure, applications and vendor partnerships.
Provided strategic guidance to leadership about levels of control and other strategic direction
Briefed key stakeholders and the Client on a weekly basis.
Managed the way we developed software for the client, who brought in a contract worth over $200 million annually. Consequently, the company recognized me as the most significant driving force behind the successful implementation of Agile. I was the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the delivery process.
