Working for CSA Textile Egypt S.A.E - in Borg El Arab as below: 1- Supply chain Chief – From January 2017 – Till September 2020. 2- Senior Logistics Specialist – From January 2014 – Till January 2017. 3- Logistics Assistant – From February 2010 – Till January 2014.

And my duties were:

Supervise and control Purchasing, Logistics and warehouse departments. 1- Purchasing Dept.

o Set a professional and controllable internal purchasing cycle. o Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies

o Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

o Plan and execute negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms. o Follow ISO terms and make sure of presenting clear required documentation.

o Forecast price and market trends to identify opportunities and risks. o Perform cost and scenario analysis.

o Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers. o Develop a database of high efficient suppliers and sub-contractors and evaluate them.

o Determine quantity and timing of deliveries with planning teams. o Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.

o Prepare the department budget and evaluating the performance according to the budget.

2 – Logistics Dept.

o Strategically plan and manage logistics activity with the following customer service.

o Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle from agreement to delivery. o Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.

o Meet cost, accuracy and time lines targets.

o Manage activities related to custom clearance with the brokers for all the company’s imports and exports.

o Establishing a good communication with the company’s customer and provides all required information about their deliveries with regular reports.

o Represent the company in the governmental institutes that concerns and regulate the international trade.

o Develop reports and establish a good internal communication with a transparent information system.

o Carry out the refund of the company’s sales tax and L/Gs with the related offices.

o Responsible for Export Incentive refund.

o Maintaine a healthy supply chain environment between purchasing, logistics, warehouse and production.

o Prepare the department budget and evaluating the performance according to the budget.

3 – Warehouse Dept.

o Overseeing the implementation of the established storage policy to ensure that inventory is maintained and easy to handle.

o Participate in setting the policy that ensures the protection of warehouses from fire, in coordination with industrial security. o Supervising the preparation of forms, guides and records for the storage activity in a manner that ensures that this activity is executed efficiently and effectively with no errors.

o Planning the documentary cycle of the store books and records in coordination with the various departments.

o Managing the Warehouse & the Company's products stocks, for orders processing and validating all incoming and outgoing shipments. o Responsible for the proper warehousing and inventory control of raw materials, finished goods, factory supplies, and spare parts. o Ensure the maximum utilization of warehouse facilities and capacity. o Lead and control activities of company’s warehouse personnel. o Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with the system.

o Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.

o Retain and review warehouse documents and reports. Computer skills

Operating in ERP system ( Netsis ).

MS Office

Professional dealing with computer systems.

High ability in typing (English & Arabic).

ICDL (International computer drive license - unesco) Skills and Abilities

Excellent knowledge and experiance in logistics methodlogies, Incoterms and Supply chain managment.

Excellent knowledge of the varioues payment including letter oc credits

(L/Cs), Cash against documetns (CAD), by Insurance and by Factoring.
