Updated the new hiring orientation to include benefits and procedures. Responsible for processing the bi-weekly payroll for over 50 associates. Responsible for enrolling new hires into available benefits. Recently implemented the 401(k) plan. Highly motivating the team during the changes and fast growth.
RECRUITING COORDINATOR/ EVOLENT HEALTH
February 2018 – February 2019 (Position Eliminated) Promoted into position. Recruiting Coordination for 500+ employee location. This included scheduling, screening, sending new hire documentation, educating candidates and coordinating calendars for over 60 different executives. Executive Recruitment process management. Managed candidate experience from arrival to departure. Coordinating schedules of hiring managers and candidates, including travel accommodations. Shortened the time between position vacancy and job requisition by improving the hiring process. Resulting in scheduling over 1,300 candidates in 8 months. Successful in a very fast paced environment.
