Was chosen to represent the University of KwaZulu-Natal for a Global HR Research project which dealt with the impact of Covid-19 on HR professionals and employees in South Africa. Performed data analysis, Research methodology, instrument dynamics, presentation and interpretation of results etc. Co-authored a profound academic article with a senior professor and doctor.
