Cost Management

Lead Project Controls activities for AESO Capital Projects on the Altalink Program with a total value of $1.4 billion. These comprised of over 20 high-voltage Transmission Line, Substation and Wind Power projects throughout Alberta; majority of which have been completed on schedule and within budget

• Worked with Altalink functional groups and EPC to gather forecasts and work with team members to verify accuracy on a monthly basis
