DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPERVISION OF PROCEDURE:

Carry out stage-wise inspection as per approved ITP

Implementing & monitoring of all work activities as per approved quality control procedures.

Carry out material inspection and ensuring dimensional stability, Material specification.

Heat numbers, Mechanical properties with Approved IFC (Issued for Construction) drawing and Material test certificate (MTC).

Ensure that pipe supports hangers and guides have been installed in accordance with the piping drawing and prepare the QC documents for package movements and review of test packages.

Evaluation of test packages content to ensure that required NDT, PWHT, HARDNESS Test reinforced pad test and flush grinding of orifice flanges has been performed prior to final system pressure testing.

Punch list preparation and witness to close item A, B&C for Piping.

Test Package line walk down and issue the punch list to construction.

Bolt torque Inspection at that time need to check Procedure and revision. Torque how much to be apply need to check. (TORQUE WRENCH)
