2. Customise Hot runner systems design and selction are done as per customer requirement.
3.Mold parts suggestions are going to give during discussion at customer place, tool makers and designers.
4.ISO 9001-2015 : Hadling on Design & Devlopment ( Plan, Input, Output, Verification report ) and Marketing ( Order status, Feasability & Contract review reort and Customer Satisfaction report. )
Handling Hot Runner system(Hot half) based on the requirement using 3D & 2D designs in Catia and solid works. Also has additional responsibility of Customer co-ordinator during the Mould parts assembly, Cooling system, design and implementation.
Design the Hot nozzle and Hot runner system for the injection system molds are like Front bumper, Rare bumper, Flip top caps, Nokia charger, APC UPS cover etc…
