Vice President, (Head of) Human Resources

Responsible to manage all HR functions and workforce pipelines. Key accomplishments:

Transitioned HR workflows and basic employee transactions from paper to digital formats resulting in improved HR service levels including employee metrics capabilities

Designed people infrastructure for new for-profit business units, e.g., employee onboarding, job descriptions, job titles, benefits/compensation plans, policies, and timekeeping practices

Built a pay-for-performance culture based on redesign of annual employee merit, bonus, and performance review processes

Regional Vice President, Human Resources - Time Warner Cable (2005-2007).

As Regional Head of HR, managed HR, safety, and payroll functions. As part of executive team, merged employees from three companies (Adelphia/Comcast/TWC) into a single service provider consisting of Regional and Divisional business units (6,000 employees).
