The Main Duties and Responsibilities:
-Preparation and processing of employees Contractual Agreements.
-Management of all employees Contractual issues
-Marinating & updating all employees ECF Files in the software system.
-Administer Pay-roll for all the employees every month.
-Maintain data for all employees and reviewing as and when required.
-Planning, scheduling and training for all newly joined employees.
-Maintaining all Jobs of all positions within the company and updating when necessary.
-Assist in coordinating all the Training Programs for all employees

-Supporting Management in Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Review.
