Omnis Benefits Administrators, Plan Administrator, (CEO)-Dec 2018 to Present.

Currently responsible for self-funded benefit plan marketing, design, and sales. Provide training to over 1,000 Insurance Brokers and agents offering health care benefits packages to groups, individuals health care, and large companies.

Evaluate plan design considering industry trends and labor market conditions, claim cost trends, alternative delivery systems, and legal requirements. Evaluates plans following ACA strict requirements and ensure compliance. Reports to President of Trust.
